We were very impressed with this campground. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful. We ate at the Grill and Grog right next to the campground and listened to live music. This resort is close to the Silver Strand beach for surfing. It's top notch all the way around.

One of the most populated campgrounds we've stayed in. It's basically a huge parking lot with some grass strips here and there. The one thing you can't beat with this area is LOCATION. It's right in the middle of it all in Mission Bay. It's full of kids but that's good for us because we have a few too. We would probably stay here again if some of our favorite campgounds further out are full.

We had an great experience at this park. There was a little issue of somebody parked in our site when we got there but they fixed it right away and got us an even better spot! If you have kids they will love this place. Easy access for most spots that I could see but this place is huge. Close enough to the action, but far enough out of the craziness.

Exceeded my expectations. Nice people and amazing hiking trails through cottonwoods and along the river. Sites were generally well spaced. I would recommend this site for anyone with tents to big motor homes.
